For each issuer of securities entries generally include name of corporation issuing securities, registration date, case file or register number, valuation of securities proposed for sale in either classes "C" (established) or "D" (speculative), amount of escrow or indemnity bonds, amount of fee payment, dated remarks concerning filing or refusal of registration, and remarks concerning type of registration (e.g., amendatory). Entries for amounts were totaled regularly.
